Mark Gentili

Mark joined Bognet in 2014 as a senior project manager. He currently serves as Project Executive, leading a team of project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents to deliver high-quality projects of varying scope and complexity. Mark oversees all project phases from pre-construction through closeout, with a particular focus on fostering collaboration across the spectrum of project elements and among all contributors and stakeholders. Nick Tubolino

Nick brings 17 years of corporate interior and repositioning experience and is passionate about collaborating with his clients and customers to successfully complete their vision. Kristopher Car leads Bognet Construction’s Base and Residential Building team as Vice President of Base and Multifamily Construction. With nearly 25 years of experience, Kristopher has in-depth knowledge of construction that sets him apart in multifamily, base building and repositioning. Kristopher will oversee a team to lead projects from concept to completion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is certified LEED AP.

Carlo Stalteri

Carlo Stalteri started as an intern at Bognet Construction in 2006 and his desire to deliver exceptional results was as evident then as it is today. As a Vice President, Carlo has forged strong relationships with his team and with clients, with attention to detail and a dedication to achieving 100% satisfaction every time. He is responsible for all phases of the construction process, from competitive bidding to project closeout and oversees a team of project managers. Working directly with the superintendents, he manages scheduling, defining each trade’s scope of work, weekly progress meetings, procurement of materials, review and submission of shop drawings, preparation of progress payment requests and adheres to strict quality control standards. Carlo was born and raised in Northern Virginia and his passion for construction began at an early age, working alongside his father on residential construction projects, which he continues to pursue today.
