Kristopher Car

Kristopher Car leads Bognet Construction’s Base and Residential Building team as Vice President of Base and Multifamily Construction. With nearly 25 years of experience, Kristopher has in-depth knowledge of construction that sets him apart in multifamily, base building and repositioning. Kristopher will oversee a team to lead projects from concept to completion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is certified LEED AP.

Carlo Stalteri

Carlo Stalteri started as an intern at Bognet Construction in 2006 and his desire to deliver exceptional results was as evident then as it is today. As a Vice President, Carlo has forged strong relationships with his team and with clients, with attention to detail and a dedication to achieving 100% satisfaction every time. He is responsible for all phases of the construction process, from competitive bidding to project closeout and oversees a team of project managers. Working directly with the superintendents, he manages scheduling, defining each trade’s scope of work, weekly progress meetings, procurement of materials, review and submission of shop drawings, preparation of progress payment requests and adheres to strict quality control standards. Carlo was born and raised in Northern Virginia and his passion for construction began at an early age, working alongside his father on residential construction projects, which he continues to pursue today.

Tracey Gardiner

Tracey Gardiner joined Bognet Construction in 2008. She started as the Marketing Coordinator and has risen to Vice President of Preconstruction Operations. She was named a partner of the firm in 2018. Tracey guides the team to provide overall coordination and strategy from the initial budget, through the bid phase and to the beginning of construction. She has extensive relationships with Bognet’s customers and subcontractors to ensure that Bognet understands their goals, concerns and requirements for every project. Tracey has also made her mark in the commercial real estate industry through her active participation. She serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), a member of CREW DC, a member of DC Real Estate Group, a JDRF Real Estate Games committee member and a past board member of the Jubilee Support Alliance Auxiliary Board.

Aimee Scott

Aimee joined the company in 2014 to address the needs of our growing team. Her tireless focus on our people and our culture ensure that Bognet remains a great place to work. In her role as the Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for the strategic direction and management of all human resources functions across the company. In addition, Aimee manages our IT strategy including the implementation and management of our IT infrastructure.

She has driven multiple strategic initiatives, including improving employee engagement and retention, redesigning health benefits, launching an enterprise wide performance management system, converting the company to a fully transparent cloud based payroll system, transitioning the company from a SIMPLE IRA to a new 401K pretax retirement benefit, and migrating IT infrastructure to the cloud. In addition, she oversees the corporate social responsibility and engagement committee.

Aimee is recognized for her 14 years of experience she has held across multiple leadership positions in human resources, communications, strategy development, and operations. She is known for her effectiveness in driving results and her passion for HR.  Aimee has served as Co-VP on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Society for Human Resource Management since 2019.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Public Relations from George Mason University. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications in 2014.

Aimee enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid animal lover, supporting local rescue organizations with the adoption of her furry children: four dogs and two cats. She is a volunteer for Basset Rescue of Old Dominion; providing transport and shelter for needy dogs.

Glenn Roberson

As the Chief Financial Officer, Glenn is responsible for the financial aspects of the company including strategy, financial and tax matters, corporate law, investments, and investor relations. Glenn manages the accounting staff and the investment portfolio.

Trevor Hirst

As Executive Vice President, Trevor is responsible for the operational aspects of the company. Trevor’s leadership style focuses on developing the best and brightest talent into seasoned construction professionals. His broad experience in base building, and tenant construction projects allows Bognet Construction to successfully accomplish a wide variety of needs for our clients and his efforts have moved Bognet into the top tier in our industry.

Trevor grew up in a family-owned residential construction company but studied law in college. After many years working at a law firm, he realized his true passion was in construction, so he worked in construction law and eventually transitioned into construction project management. Trevor serves as Co-Chair of the Gala Committee for the CoreNet Mid Atlantic Chapter and is also a Vistage Worldwide member. Trevor has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University.
