How did you get started in construction?
My father was a big influence with my desire, skills and ability to build. I was able to learn and take part in his visions coming to life whether it be building his own house or creating cars from the frame up. With a car he can do anything from welding the framing all the way to spraying the custom paint color. Those firsthand experiences laid the groundwork for my knowledge in design, building and construction. One of my first opportunities out of college was to be a Project Engineer following a Lead Superintendent on a project and I’ve been hooked from there.
