Led by Frederick natives and Top Chef alumni Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, the restaurant is powered by a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen designed to support the precision, pace, and creativity of a chef-driven dining experience. Located within the former school chapel, the dining room offers a one-of-a-kind setting defined by soaring ceilings, original stained-glass windows, and carefully restored architectural features, including the tabernacle and grand pipe organ.
