Bognet completed the 26,864 SF 11th floor, and during construction, our team was trusted with an additional floor, delivering the 23,554 SF 10th floor as a seamless continuation of the project.

The 11th floor blends cultural storytelling with a highly functional, modern workplace. Thoughtfully selected textiles, artwork, and design elements reflect Nakupuna’s ancestry and values, giving employees a meaningful connection to the organization’s roots throughout the space. The layout was designed to support collaboration at scale, with a higher density of meeting rooms, conference spaces, and flexible gathering areas, balanced by micro-offices and quiet zones for focused work. A welcoming reception area with an integrated elevator lobby and a centrally located café help anchor the floor, creating natural moments for connection, community, and relationship-building.

Building on the success of the 11th floor, the 10th floor was designed to bring even more energy and camaraderie to the workplace. This level features elevated hospitality-style amenities, including a team lounge with a beer tap, a golf simulator, and a café with standout millwork and upgraded finishes. Specialty design moments, like a turf-inspired ceiling feature, reinforce the floor’s more social, team-forward purpose. A key highlight is the main conference room, equipped with a demountable wall system that retracts across the full width of the space to instantly transform the room for larger gatherings and events.
