The new KCIC space is characterized by open ceilings and unique finishes, including specialty lighting throughout. Prominent features of the project include dHive demountable walls, a Muraflex EXPO operable partition, and high end millwork. The reception area consists of angled wood ceilings with custom lights. The pantry and coffee bar showcase a tile backsplash, wood bench seating, and built-in appliances. The conference rooms, meeting rooms and lounge serve as gorgeous, functional spaces for the KCIC team to collaborate and mingle.

Bognet partnered with the design team during the preconstruction phase to identfy long lead items and proactively plan an approach that would meet the fast track schedule.
