Expedition Technology is a technology company that develops and deploys advanced sensor processing systems and cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities. Based in the Northern Virginia technology corridor, the government contractor’s headquarters serves as a collaborative workspace and innovation center.

Bognet Construction worked closely with Expedition as their company experienced rapid growth. The team completed three projects with Expedition as they expanded their headquarters footprint including two floors of workstations, a welcoming collaboration area, and an innovation space.

As the General Contractor for all Expedition Technology Headquarters projects, Bognet provided consistency for the client.

“We were able to provide lessons learned between each project,” said Senior Project Manager, Josh Mason. “This helped to inform each phase of design and mitigate potential issues and keep projects on track.” The partnership included building trust with the real estate partner, Jones Lang LaSalle: “We have done other work within the building and have a strong relationship with JLL. They understood the move-in requirements and supported meeting the construction schedule.”
