Bognet Construction is proud to announce the well-deserved promotions of three team members whose leadership, dedication, and contributions have had a significant impact on the company’s continued growth and success.

Teddy Harvey has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Teddy joined Bognet in 2017 as an Assistant Project Manager and has grown into a trusted leader known for his reliability, problem-solving, and strong client relationships. He’s played a key role in building lasting partnerships with clients and continues to mentor the next generation of project managers on our team.

John Veselick has also been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Since joining Bognet in 2020, John has earned a reputation for his responsiveness and client-first approach. His collaborative style extends to clients, subcontractors, and colleagues alike—fostering accountability and strengthening team performance. John’s leadership and ability to build trust have been instrumental in delivering consistent results and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.

Will Colclough has been promoted to Project Manager. Will joined Bognet as an Assistant Project Manager and has grown into a capable and forward-thinking leader. He’s been an active face of the firm—attending career fairs, Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games, and company outings—and continues to embrace innovative tools to better serve our clients.
