After joining Bognet three years ago as a Junior Estimator, Kegan has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a genuine commitment to personal and professional growth. Mike Travis joined Bognet in 2024 as a Project Engineer and successfully completed the firm’s comprehensive 18-month Project Engineer rotation program. Mike has developed a well-rounded understanding of every phase of project delivery while demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
His promotion to Assistant Project Manager marks the next step in his career as he continues building on that foundation, helping lead projects from preconstruction through completion while delivering the proactive service and quality craftsmanship our clients expect.
