A new senior living community is coming to Great Falls, VA. Bognet Construction is proud to announce a partnership with Verity Commercial, IntegraCare, Architecture Incorporated, Buvermo Investments, and Indie Development to build The Residence at Colvin Run. After eight months of preconstruction, we are excited to break ground on the 53,104 SF community located on 2.8 acres. The three-level facility offers 62 assisted living and memory care units along with varying levels of care for each resident and was designed to seamlessly blend in with the nearby homes. The upscale amenities include a pub and pizza kitchen, art studio, salon, theatre and fitness center. The structure is comprised of steel and concrete framing and will include an elevator, generator, multiple stairways, comfortable living spaces and inviting floor plans. The thoughtful design ensures safety and mobility while providing the latest technology and security systems for easy entry and streamlined access for those with mobility impairments.
