Jennifer is a successful leader who has broken multiple barriers in the #CommercialRealEstate industry. She has always had a strong desire to help foster women in business and more specifically, in construction. During her early years at @Bognet_Construction, she wore every hat and was the backbone of a budding business. As Vice President, she cultivated talent and promoted from within to build an outstanding executive team. Jennifer also led CREW DC as its chapter President in 2014.
