Vida City Vista is a premier 20,000-square-foot fitness and wellness facility featuring a high-end gym, spa, and salon, designed to offer a luxurious
experience for its clientele. The project was completed in two phases,
transforming an unoccupied former Ace Hardware space into a state-of-the art fitness center while ensuring seamless coordination with the existing
building infrastructure.

The gym includes high-end locker rooms with extensive plumbing and
intricate below-slab coordination to support salon and spa operations. The
Bang and Aura salons, part of the same venture, incorporate a VIP section
on the upper level with a modern, trendy aesthetic, featuring leather wraps,
wood slats, and meticulously crafted details such as banquet seating and
wool sconces. The spa is designed with premium wall coverings, drapery,
advanced soundproofing, and a sophisticated lighting control system
offering four different settings. Additionally, the installation of a cryotherapy
chamber required careful integration with building systems.

Phase two of the project expanded the locker rooms, added new offices
for sales and management, created a staff lounge, an ADA-compliant
restroom, and a new group fitness center, including a hot yoga studio with
an induction panel. As a repeat client, Vida Fitness trusted us to bring their
vision to life with precision and excellence.
