Bognet Construction joined the high caliber team of C2C, CBRE, Akridge and Vocon during early design stages to assist with a proactive plan to build this high performance 50,000 SF space.  

With many elaborate finishes, Bognet Construction pre-released critical path items and provided creative solutions for value engineering.  The team was geographically dispersed and technology played an important role. 

Highlights of the design are the monumental 3 floor stair that includes a showstopping feature green wall.  The design/build approach for the stair saved time and allowed the team to strategically plan for the installation.  The space is enhanced with many community areas, promoting a collaborative environment.  Teknion demountable walls line the halls.  The conference rooms include multiple Skyfold operable partitions, custom wood doors and state of the art equipment for communicating with clients around the world.  The space also boasts graphics and colors that highlight the company’s core values and branding.
