This 11,170 SF medical suite was designed to provide a state-of-the art
facility for the Eye Doctors of Washington. The space features
two dedicated reception areas—one for general appointments
and another for surgical patients—ensuring a seamless patient
experience. With over 20 specialized exam rooms, including fully
equipped lane rooms, the suite is built for efficiency and comfort.

Three check-in stations were strategically placed, including the main
reception, a diagnostic room check-in, and a surgical coordination
reception, allowing for smooth patient flow. Extensive plumbing
work was required, as each exam room was outfitted with a sink
and faucet, necessitating precise coordination. Given the significant
number of core drills required, work was carefully scheduled after
hours to minimize disruptions for the tenants below.

Architectural enhancements include curved radiant bulkheads and
a custom millwork package, elevating the aesthetic and functionality
of the space. The lobby was refreshed with modern light fixtures and
ceramic tile finishes, creating a welcoming environment. Custom
millwork was integrated throughout, from the reception desks to
every exam room, enhancing both form and function in this high performance medical suite.
