The Alexander Court projects consisted of jobs building out spec suites, restrooms, corridors, and more on multiple floors in two buildings. The spec suites included reception areas, conference rooms, pantries, executive and staff offices, copy rooms, huddle areas and open work spaces.
Some of the finishes include an indoor garden, custom booths and
banquette seating, specialty lighting, marble floors, decorative gold
partition, demountable walls.
