Currently under construction, this project transforms a 53-year-old, three-story office building in Old Town North into a vibrant mixed-use property. The 31,515 SF building, formerly home to the Alexandria Community Services Board, is being converted into 12 modern two-bedroom residential units totaling approximately 19,610 square feet, while preserving 5,889 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. This adaptive re-use enhances the site, brings quality housing to the neighborhood, and supports the area’s dynamic urban character.
