Bognet collaborated with Avison Young and sshape to transform
455 Massachusetts Avenue through a comprehensive building
repositioning. The project encompassed a full renovation of the Main
Lobby and Mezzanine Level, the expansion and modernization of
the Fitness Center, and the creation of a state-of-the-art Conference
Center. A key highlight was the upgraded rooftop amenity,
featuring a covered catering area to enhance tenant experiences.
Additionally, nearly 15,000 square feet of new spec suites were built
out, incorporating high-end pantries and meticulously coordinated
design elements.

One of the most intricate aspects of the project was integrating a
curved Modernus glass wall, ensuring seamless alignment with
multiple fl ooring fi nishes and a custom millwork banquette and
feature wall. Other standout details included a recessed LED linear
fi xture by Axis Lighting and a striking 9Wood ceiling baffl e system
at the suite entrance. Running concurrently with these interior
upgrades, the project also delivered a refreshed rooftop terrace,
elevating the building’s appeal and functionality.
