The project consists of approximately 14,500 SF interior tenant fit-out on the ground floor in an existing 11 story building located in Arlington, Virginia. The program includes new main entrance from the existing elevator lobby, welcome area, auditorium, activity and daycare classrooms for children, teens and adults, and administration offices. Special features include acoustic baffles in classrooms and welcome area, fabric sails and theatrical trusses in the auditorium, lyntec panels for AVL power distribution, structural steel, and more.

Oakcrest School
Bognet Construction, Davis Carter Scott, and Advanced Project Management partnered with Oakcrest school to deliver a new and functional second wing. The scope of this project included multiple
classrooms, restrooms, team rooms, faculty offices, common areas,corridors, electrical and AV rooms and more. Design and wall featureslike an alumni tree were included to add a personal touch to the space.
Bognet made it their priority to make sure this project stays on schedule and budget. Safety coordination was a key element to this project as the school stayed open during some phases of construction. Bognet utilized safety stickers, access pathways, a temporary fence, signage and protection as well as controlled the dust and noise. Oakcrest School will enjoy a newly designed
and beautiful west wing.
Northern Virginia Community College
The Northern Virginia Community College Reston project scope included an interior buildout on multiple floors for the school. This consisted of the reception area, faculty, staff and administrative offices, computer labs, classrooms, a pantry, break rooms, and multiple huddle/group work rooms. Exceptional attention to detail shines through with this project. Details include the colors throughout that match the school theme colors, wood slat ceiling details, screen displays/technology, and lighting components. Northern Virginia Community College offers a variety of degrees and certificates at campuses across Northern Virginia.
