The Socially Determined project consisted of an interior build-out of a 6,500 square foot first generation space at the District Wharf. Highlights of this space include custom light fixtures, Dhive and Raco finishes, polished concrete floors and more. Not to mention the space has beautiful waterfront views, visible from almost any angle. Coordination efforts proved successful throughout the project. Some key coordination efforts included finding alternatives to core drilling due to post-tension slabs, working alongside 6 other GC’s sharing a single elevator and loading dock, the constructing duct work on DOAS units, and much more.

Socially Determined is constructing the science around the Social Determinants of Health, enabling community interventions to improve measurable healthcare outcomes. The mission is to improve health and healthcare for patients and families.
