Bognet was selected during the early design stages and worked hand in hand with the project team to identify critical path items. Our proactive approach to monitoring lead times ensured the space was delivered on time during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The space includes luxury vinyl pier oak tile and exposed concrete throughout the reception and common areas, with carpet and area rugs to warm up private offices and open workspaces. The feature of the café includes a seating area with wood ceiling baffles and decorative pendants overhead.
