Office Evolution enlisted Bognet to renovate an existing tenant office space to create an additional Virginia location. The scope of work was to 10,000 SF of space including the addition of 41 offices, three conference rooms, a work room, and a pantry. The warm and welcoming finishes and private offices provide a coworking space where businesses can come together to work in a flexible and inspiring environment. This buildout was special in particular due to the timing – it was constructed entirely during the height of COVID-19. Strategic protocols, constant communication with subcontractors and the City of Fairfax, and flexibility allowed the team to work safely and efficiently. Office Evolution continues to expand and meet the needs of today’s businesses.
