The Sentrana project, located at 1725 I Street, NW in Washington, DC, was a 25,000 SF in-place renovation of their District headquarters. The space includes a combination of workstations, shared and private offices, and teaming rooms to accommodate a variety of working styles, along with a large cafe/game room for Sentrana's young, tech savvy staff. Existing perimeter offices were reused while key public and employee areas were redesigned using dynamic angles and curves. A transitional palette of dark woods porcelain tile, glass, and deep red finishes brings richness, warmth and energy to the space. Opaque glass feature walls serve as "white boards" for impromptu collaboration off the main reception area. |
