Bognet was brought on by Rubenstein Companies in the early stages of the project to work proactively with the architecture and design team to ensure the project would be on budget. The $10 million renovation consisted of a total overhaul of the vacant building to attract tenants and included the demolition of all floors, an upgrade to all elevators as well as the addition of a new shaft and elevator. The team also renovated the five-story lobby to feature stone floors and beautiful mill work, added a new glass storefront and vestibule, and installed an all-new HVAC system.
New tenants will enjoy a new conference center, fitness center, restaurant/café, and restrooms. The exterior of the building features a new outdoor patio and a new exterior curtain wall.
