Founded in 1998, Tysons, VA-based Bognet Construction Associates is 100% employee owned and has developed a reputation as an innovative general contracting powerhouse in the Washington metropolitan region, specializing in large commercial tenant interior and base building projects. We are committed to building long-term relationships and earning repeat business. Our customers and partners know they can count on the personalized service they receive from Bognet. We are relentlessly proactive and always look ahead to anticipate potential problems. Causes we believe in
The team at Bognet Construction has a long-standing commitment to an inclusive culture focused on philanthropy and community service. In 2019, we transformed this commitment into the Mission: Forward program, which formalized our stewardship to our employees, customers, and community.

What started as an employee-run committee that was passionate about supporting local organizations focused on sustainability, health, women & children, veterans, and marginalized groups, has evolved from corporate social responsibility into a more holistic and measurable integration of environmental, social, and governance initiatives and goals that reflect both who we are and our purpose as an organization.

The goal of Mission: Forward is to continually provide value and opportunity for our stakeholders, enhance our operations, and provide measurable long-term impact on our community.
